Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
* Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
* Express Shipping: 4–8 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included in the product price where applicable. For orders shipped to the UK, Switzerland, or Norway, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at suporte@vindawear.com. Under EU law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
VINDA WEAR is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
